Unauthorised Membership

I spoke to a lady that was trying to sell me the membership. i was not interested and i advised her multiple times that i only wanted the information sent to my email. this lady signed me up for a membership and set up the debit check mandate which i did not agree to. i now have a member ship i did not authorise . please rectify and i want the call recording if you are not able to rectify so i can take this matter further. this is absolute *******
