Unauthorised debits

Helivac is deducting money from my account without consent. I called them 2 months ago and cancelled but I still got 2 debits from them. I logged a complaint on email, since they promised to get back to me and send m a recording of when I signed up with them. I’m still waiting. This is my second review on helivac They initially said someone will call me and fix this, nothing. Can helivac please stop deducting my money. And I want refund of all the money u have been taking from my account
