Not a medical assist company! ****!

We have been trying to cancel our policy with this company for a year now. We tried calling 3 different numbers we found on the internet but none of them answers the phone. We tried sending emails without any luck. How do you want to be an emergency assist company if you do not answer any calls? What if something happens and soneone needs assistance but cannot reach you? This is pathetic and surely a ****. Please people stay away from this company!
