I signed up via a telesales call centre which obviously like always over sold the product to me, I did a follow up call directly to Helivac and the staff their were helpful and explained the product for me in more detail, so much so that I was convinced to keep the membership. The next day I download my Panic app from Helivac and tested it and was very happy with how quick their team responded by telephone and how accurate my position was. Thank you.
