Helivac Is a ****

I have decided to involve my lawyers into this matter as Helivac has been debiting my account for the past 6months without authorisation. I called and they told me it was canceled they will send an sms, what nonsense is that but to my suprise they debited me twice in July. I am officially laying a complaint against a lady named ELLEN from helivac who has an attitude and drops calls on the so called clients. I will be taking this matter again to the ombudsman..DO NOT SIGN UP TO ANYTHING WITH HELVIC...IT IS A **** that debits money from people's account without authorisation even worse they confirm they will refund but they never do
