Disappointed in Helivac

Helivac debited by account with the wrong amount for 30 months. When I queried it they started off very helpful and calculated the credit amount due to me (R6730) in Nov 2020. But since then have not paid me the refund. No one answers any of my follow up emails or phone calls. Their Website Account login also hasn't worked since I signed up. Thankfully I have not needed their services yet but if its anything like their Admin Dept. I would not recommend signing up.
