Horrible and Untidy Place and Service

I recently went on holiday and once my family and I arrived it was a shock.The place was untidy, yard was filthy, walls was dirty and the agent Carmen Diener never came to greet us at the place. She is so unprofessional and she doesn't care about the visitors they more worried about the money. Once they received the money they didnt care about myself and my family.The place was such in a state that I was so disappointed because it was quite a alot of money we paid and that was not worth while. I don't recommend anyone to spend money in this place,you will be truly disappointed.
