Poor poor service

<p>On the 5/01/2017 i registered with Helina's driving school and i explained to them that i need to start my lessons immediately because my test date is soon (14/02/2017). And they didn't have a problem with that they accepted my request and i paid R1000 in full for my lessons. Since than i've been waiting patiently for them to contact me to arrange times as i was suppose to start on the 9/01/2017. On the 11/01/2017 i went to their offices to asked for a refund but the refused to give my money back because they said on the receipt is written that no refunds but i was not at fault. I paid for the services that has not been rendered to me. It unfair for me to suffer like this while they eating my money and the owner wasn't even apologitic, they are so unproffisional and they don't take their bussiness seriously. I want my money back, i can't take their abuse anylonger</p>
