False advertising

Helina driving academy advertised their black friday specials the one I was interested in was the 30 lessons code 10 + truck hire for R800 so I went there with 800 only to register with the pamphlet when I got there they said there is an admin fee of 200 so the course is R1000 I told them the pamphlet doesn't say anything about the admin fee they said T&Cs apply but the pamphlet doesn't say anything about T&Cs I was so disappointed because i couldn't register coz i only had 800 they are misleading consumers what they are doing is false advertising their contacts numbers are *** and ***
