When we started they said we need to change the itinerary as there were bad clouds at the volcano. They offered to do more of the waterfalls for the same price. Reluctantly we accepted. After less than 10 minutes after take off we all realized there were way too many clouds to do anything. Instead of coming back they flew around another 35 minutes and we were not able to see any of the things the promised. Nothing on the itinerary. They only compensated for 10 minutes 59 Euro as they returned 10 minutes earlier and the tour costs 259 euro. Please watch out for this company. We saw less than a 3rd of what they say you will see on the itinerary and do not refund for what you did not see!
