No existing service from this company

I registered with Helicon on 15/05/2020 to get 10 Blesbuck from this company. I then misses the deadline to get the camp ready before 2020/10 when the season ends. I then waited and phoned and mailed the the owner and the marketing director for the next year to get word on when i can come and load 10 Blesbuck with the next capture. There was no reply on what's app or Mail for a Year. And then 2 weeks before the the season ends I phoned Mr. Dion (marketing Director) to find out what happened why did they not contact me during the year. And his reply was I only made contact with him on 05/08/2021 this is True. I then asked him if Sean the ***ner) did not send him the mail and the What's app messages and registration paperwork i sent out the hole year and he said no. There was a miss communication in the company. Then I asked him if i can get the x10 Buck with there last capture and he shuffled down x4 Phone Nr that will be able to help me this year. How unprofessional is that by the marketing director. He does not care about client service or the little guy. I should not have re**** on this company for a year waiting for no service. There feed back was 1 star during the year. I will not recommend this company to any person for they will be disappointed by service and a no care attitude by there Marketing director Mr. Dion.
