Puppy breeder ***********

Hello I always thought I was too smart to get ****med but here I am. I searched for german shepherd puppies online (only after we could not find a german shepherd rescue dog available) Found a website: www.pedigreepuppies.co.za where you can enquiry about pup breeds of your choice. I sent an enquiry and within a couple of hours I recieved an email for Helga jansen van Rensburg regarding 2 available puppies. Her email: *** She is in Douglas, North cape and I am in Jhb. We agreed on a pet transport courier as I could not make the time to travel to Douglas and the courier cost she gave me was also more economical than driving to the North Cape. Before paying the deposit, I verified with Pedigree puppies that the breeder was legit and not going to **** me out of money. Helga also sent me a copy of her ID to me for peace of mind. I paid the deposit and courier fees upfront and the pups were apparently collected by the courier company. That is when the problem started. I got a call from "Robert" at Animallex, the pet transport service who told me I had to pay R9100 before they would deliver the pups. This amount is apparently for the rental of the temperature crates and insurance that you would take ownership at the delivery address provided. The R9000 will be refunded after you take delivery of the pups. I told Robert that it is unnacceptable and sounds like a ****. I instructed him to return the pups to Helga and that I would make other arrangements with her. Since then I have not been able to make contact with Helga or Pedigree Puppies.
