Very rude

The guy that works at reception is impatient anf very rude i called three times 1st tine when he answered the phone it was not professional and I asked him to put me though to Admission ward and 2nd time I asked him for ward nine still not professional and they did not answer and I had to call again and still when he was answering the phone it was not professional. I then said to him they are not answering but can I ask you something before i could finish my sentence he said very rude "you can't tell they not answering what do you want"I told him not to be rude and he continued talking.
