Useless Staff at SERA

Helen Joseph hospital is the pits a **** service we understand that there are many patients that need to be seen to but for ****s sake my mother has been there since 2 this afternoon after the doctor had referred her with a bladder issue the damn urologist puts a catether and a drip and leaves her there for more than 6 hours the people answering the phone at Sera are so damn *********** telling me about how they can't give me information over the phone and no one is stopping her to eat the damn fools are not understanding that besides the fact that she's diabetic and haven't eaten since 1:30 in the afternoon the damn doctor hasn't seen her since 7 and the drip stopped at 9 its 12 already how uselessly ****ed up can a hospital be
