Uncaring staff

Good morning, firstly I have to share been at Helen Joseph hospital, with my 16year old daughter since 3:45am ,u go in they check your blood pressure and sugar,then they send you down the passage where they supposed to open a file,then my daughter collapses, the one doctor looks at us not even bothering to get up and come help she hit her head o the wall then they bring a bed and we get her to the room saying orange to get a check up no parents can go in with the minor children you get chased out like a dog ,the doctor then gives her a drip sticking the needle very deep causing blood to squirt every where and my daughter passes out every time I ask for feedback I get told by the doctor she is fine there are other people dying and my child is fine but no feedback on what is wrong,her bed had a ****** need in the side ,the toilet had no set or toilet paper,when you asking the nurse if everything is ok they speak in a different language I don't understand, poor old people lying on hard steel benches or the floors,not enough beds and doctors who well just don't give a ****,feel free to go there for abusive,unfriendly doctors,nurses and people that just don't care about lives and parents terrified of what is happening with there children, they don't even give u feedback on what's wrong just discharge a person saying your vitals are fine
