terrible services!!!!!

i'm not sure if anything will ever be done about our complaints as we all are well aware that nothing can be done to government places and there staff!!!! but anyway it is worth the try. i just want to start of by saying the hospital stinks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it its suppose to be an hygienic place but it is the most unhygienic place ever the toilets are those that are found on the streets the wards have a terrible smell and can see it doesn't get taken care of. anyway let me state my reason for this report. my mom was admitted to your hospital(not sure if we can call it that) on Tuesday i understand that we are not allowed to enter the casualty with her which rules and we ok with that but not only did the stupid nurse make her fall from the bed she could see that she was dizzy and told me no its fine she's fine.we first had to flippen wait like 3 hours after they have confirmed they going to admit her and all of her things were completed for them to bring her up to the ward. the nurses there on my goodness you would swear that we as the outsider has forced them to go into this line of job or that someone is holding a gun to their head to perform to the best of their abilities. it hurts them just to speak to you like literally you can actually see how the muscles of their faces jumps. they are soooooo flippen unfriendly and unhelpful why the hell do you have people like this working with people that needs care????? the nurses can never update us on my mother's progress they always telling us to come see the Dr which they only get there at 7 in the morning but then your stupid rude and arrogant security guards wont let us in????/ why can the government not do something about this? we not even allowed to call the Dr with regards to progress or an update cause that is your stupid rules!!!! why can a system not put in place where the Dr's can come see the family during visiting hours to give us feedback? you know there is so much to complain about but like i said nothing will ever happen cause its the government and its free *** man its not free people like me pays tax every damn month to contribute to this kind of services and if you don't pay tax SARS is on your back where does one win a country like this, when it comes to racial remarks then things like this would have been all over the news but because its just another citizen complaining about services received from a government place its not important. and if you try to open your mouth to staff there about their pathetic services and attitudes they actually cant wait for you to leave so they can treat your family member like ****!!!!
