Service really unexpectable towards chronic patients

My dad was there on Thursday and he was send home just to come back on July 2020 reason for my complain he is cardiac patient and asthmatic we had tried by all means not to go to the hospital unnecessary but sitting in ques been sent from post to pillar came home with tablets and thas it I mean he is still here pain keeps on coming and going from time to time this is simply unexpectable such patients needs to be taken care off specially during this covid 19 pandemic those are people more at risk when will this hospitals start seeing the important things to be taken care of before it gets worse
