Security Staff extremely rude

Security Staff extremely rude at the main entrance at Helen Joseph. The treatment we received is unacceptable. I'm not fami**** with the rules, because it's the first time I arrived at the hospital after 6pm. When a family member has been admitted after visiting hours surly there is an exception to see your loved one to collect personal belongings and settled them in. The sad part is that they do not even enforce the rules of no smoking in front of the door when they are visible signs and this is a hospital!!! However security staff allowed two family members in to visit where as I and family were not allowed, only one person during non visiting hours. I felt more that this incident was more racial then anything else, two black people where allowed in to see one family member and us coloured people were not. I was told their family member died that's why they were allowed in, bull dust!!, when these two were laughing at the entrance and chatting away, it did not look one bit that their family member died and they had food that they were delivering. However the security staff should of just said \Excuse me Sir can I assist you\" or something of that sort politely and explain rules"
