Rude pharmacist

There’s a lady by the name of Emelda Mpambani from the hospital’s pharmacy. Please take her for customer service training; no listening skills whatsoever. She’s very rude and somehow thinks people who go to public hospitals are imbeciles or don’t know their rights. Thank you to the pharmacy manager for resolving my issue, highly appreciated Ms. Z.
