Rude Black clerk Breast clinic

On the 25/01/24 at 09:00am I was assisted by a black woman with short hair and glasses wearing pink scrubs. This lady was so rude beyond measure. She was shouting at everyone 😠 who asked her anything saying people shouldn't make their problems hers when they needed to be directed to the right department. An elderly lady who looked very sick and was slow in speech and seemed not to clearly hear was shouted at and treated like garbage because she couldn't understand.

I have never felt so undermined like today as she treated me like something smelly. Even her facial expressions were clear, she looked at me up and down . I was very disappointed with how sick people battling with cancer are treated. Please do better and train the staff on how to be kind as we were kind to her and treated her with respect. I wish she had the decency to do the same. The standard she shows tells us there are no consequences for her lack of work ethic.
