Pathetic service received from Helen Joseph Hospital

I sent my wife to this Hospital and arrived today 24/1/23 and was attended at 07:56am but we eaited until 6pm before they can confirm she will br admitted or not..I confronted a nurse Zekhethelo Sibisi i believe she said that when i asked her name..i was asking about the long wait and her respomse was shocking because she advised that it can take up to dqys before a person can be admited, responding with rudeness and bad attitude towards me as if i'm bothering her..Service received was pathetic to say the list..The drip tjey put on her around 1pm was finished but no one was attending to it..even now it's still empty iwrite this complains..nurses from this place don't care about their and they have peoples skills..they rude with bad attitude..i am going to report this to managent.
