Paitence being treated like *******

Rudes hospital staff that's in ward 10 with both Matrons that's on duty ward and hospital treating patience like ******* if they ask for bed pan get thrown with stuff even though she try get her own by not allowed to walk and get swears at and trying the nurses trying to go in my aunties face screaming and threatening to hit her really is this the way the patience of that hospital is being treated in this covid time my aunty is in wars 10 bed 10/and in tears she not allowed to walk I need further feedback on this report please this is really un exceptable my nr is *** Suzy Waterston patient name Mrs S Botha ever since se went in they treated her badly now they want to say its her fault is her utter nonsense please can I get somebody to report this badly treatment they giving to there patience to somebody that going to do something or I will get in touch with the anc councelar in that ward thank you regards Suzy ***
