Not assisted

I went to this hospital and they refused to assist me because I didn't have a refferral letter from the local clinic.I had no idea that I should have a refferal letter before going there.I believe they were suppose to help me since I was already there but that lady in room no 6 told me to go back to the clinic that time I'm too sick and doesn't even know the clinic I'm being refferred to. I hope she gets sick one day and feel the pain that I'm feeling right now.
