Horrible service

Firstly I am disgust at the treatment my fiancé received when visiting our son today that went for an operation. SHE WAS MAN HANDLED BY AN IDIOT UNSYMPATHETIC PEACE OF A HUMAN IN THE FORM OF AN SECURITY GUARD. Since when can a security guard scream and man handle a mother when she want to get information on her child that went for an op? The nurses did nothing after they told her to wait in the passage. Is this what that hospital turned into ? What **** me off is that no one did anything to help till now no one can give us feedback as to what or how our sons op went. I am tired of being women being man handled at that hospital. If they can’t find proper staff than don’t hire ****s ***ards that’s what that stupid **** of a security guard is.
