Helen Joseph Hospital fiasco

My brother of 76 years of age was admitted to Helen Joseph with severe breathing problems on Wednesday 21/10/2020. Three days later on Saturday 24/10/2020 he was told that he could not be administered an endoscopy because they are awaiting on his covid test result. They would have to re-submit the test sample as they had LOST the first sample. Is this how state hospitals run their systems. Its time the DA got full control in Gauteng.
