Helen Joseph Hospital Disgusting Services Rendered

My experiences with Helen Joseph Hospital has always been the worst.. They are giving my private attorneys the run arounds with my medical report I have with them since May 2021, they are not releasing the file due to the "backlog", of course there will be a backlog as there's never anyone in that office.. Already 3 appointments with the specialists have been cancelled and cancellation are being carried out and it's not small fees we are talking over R1000 per cancellation.. Whoever the HOD for this MVA department need to follow up with this department as the service rendered is sickening, I can't seem medical help as I can only go to the relevant specialists recommended by my attorneys which is impossible at the moment as the file is not being released... I'm in so much pain, as I have a fractured hip,cervix, knee and ankle injuries since 2021 without any proper medical check done, as specialists require the medical report from the night of the accident but Helen Joseph is not cooperating.. I'm pleading that this gets followed up ASAP, I mean for the government institution to have such a reputation it's disgusting
