Helen Joseph hospital

Helen Joseph isn't even worth the 1 star I was forced to click. Sitting at emergency ward since 10 this morning with my grandfather that had a heart attack. It is now 19:15 and he is still sitting in a wheelchair with no help. Blood was drawn 3 times so far, 1st excuse was that the sample was rejected. Same with 2nd sample, and somehow the 3rd specimen "was lost". How do you lose a tube with blood? There is absolutely no social distancing, and only some persons receive hand sanitizer at the door.
