Furious Patient

I am very astonished by the level of service i received when i was at Helen Joseph Hospital, I was rushed in by the ambulance on a Friday as it was serious , I had collapsed and gotten seizures and after spent over 12hrs in hospital sitting on a bench that was filthy with a drip that was oozing with blood unattended and in pain waiting for blood work I was told i cant even get a doctors note! Government hospitals should not discriminate whether you have medical aid or not so im very disappointed and would like this matter to be dealt with.
