Disgusting Service

<p> My mother has been very ill and they believe she has a form of cancer. She was booked to have a growth removed on Monday, but they first lost her file, then her documents for the booking and would not allow her to find the doctor to get another letter. She is 65yrs old and is so ill and gets treated like she is a pain to them and is waisting their time, when she in fact has to travel 2 hours to get there and gets shund around then sent home cause they lost her documents. Now, today she is supposed to be admitted due to the illness. She has been sitting from 5:20am this morning (2hrs to get there and she is ill and old) and has still not been given a bed. The other lady who was also to be booked in has been sent home due to no beds. This makes me so heart sore to see how she is being treated and I am not allowed to sit with her to wait while they find their feet. When is this place ever going to catch a wake up and realise they chose to do that work. We did not force them. Now they take their mean horrible attitude out on us. It is a disgrace to humanity to see service people with no service.</p>
