Took my mother to Helen Joseph, she layed 2 days in casualty before getting a bed. When they discharged her I had to request to see the doctor, they told me they only treated her for her pneumonia, her other illnesses is not their problem, they only treated her for what she admitted for . Whatever else is wrong with her go to clinic, yet shes in the hospital and the doctor's won't see to her other illnesses and I took her to the hospital because if her other illnesses.

I am disgusted with the poor service of Helen Joseph hospital.
