Bad Bad Bad Experience. Stupid and *********** Security. Rude nurse at Triage. Then your sent to reception where some one Decides who is more Sick then the next person. We have been here since 5pm.its now just after midnight, and still have not been seen by a Dr. Some people have been here longer. I asked a nurse, when will a dr attend to my mother, and we were told "Soon". After 7 hours of No Service, my mothers Pain getting worse, we were asked if my mom would like a Panado, while waiting. A ****in Panado. You are charged at Reception, R155, to receive 2 Panados. Whenever i approached their desk, im informed that the dr will see her soon. Yet 2 DR's are litterally on their cells, checking Social Media. I understand that today we got the staff crew from hell, cause i find hard to believe that All Staff members at Helen Joseph Hospital, conduct themselves in such a bad way. With limited Resources, its still no excuse for the Poor, Disrespectful and Lack of Professionalism behaviour. Lying to your face whenever one approaches their "station". On duty is Dr Maseng, Dr Alecia M, Dr . Seems she is in charge. Some patients have even signed "RHT" forms. After 7 hours of poor service delivery, can you blame the patients for leaving???
