Bad service

Good day<br> Been there before to see a doctor, Saw two doctors but the 1st one did not know even what is fault with me even I told her what is wrong so see send me to another doctor who then said I must make another appointment with a see a Specialist Out patient Department. Got appointment, went to Helen Joseph Hosp yesterday - got appointment there. Been there from 6 o'clock waiting to get my file the people who was long after me there been help before me. I went and ask them why? They said because they are still try to get my file and the another lady who was all so waiting her file was missing. Got my file at about 10 Then you had to go to another dept to your file and then you had to sit another 2 hours waiting for the doctor No doctors where in at that stage, but they do not inform you with anything. Saw then a consultant who was not bad at all. Then she see gave everything for the doctor. He said I must make now appointment for scans,xrales ext You walk around to found the dept for do the bookings one of them the lady who do the bookings was not there nobody can help you needed to go back there later. I will send another complaint to put all in what is happening there
