Arrogant and Rude!!!!!

My mom recently fell ill,My Dad decided to take her to the hospital so my Aunt,Uncle and I went with. Upon arriving at Helen Joseph Hospital we went straight to the Emergency and Accident ward where we received no assistance. A while later we were told by a very arrogant nurse that we need to take her to the Triage section.The Nurse there was extremely Rude!!! She kept giving my father attitude whenever he asked a question,my father was extremely polite so i don't understand the reason for her atrocious attitude!!!!!!.anyway when we went to the Admin side to make my mothers file, we were waiting sooo long only for that lady there,who also was RUDE,to say that we need to give that form to this other man on the other side!!! We really did not know what to do.Then this really Rude Man working at the filing section had the nerve to raise his voice and shout at me and my aunt telling us to \Get that side"!!!!!. We waited for 14 hours which we expected as the hospital was very busy but we did not expect the RUDE"
