*********** and unhelpful Staff

Wish I could give zero stars. Went in about 5 times since last year. Doctors have taken my details down and told me I will be contacted by a specific date and I still have not heard anything. Called the SOPD department to ask for assistance so someone could advise me as to why I have not been contacted yet and the lady that answered the phone responded with "Aaah it's still early. I don't know" to which i asked then what is the point of calling the number and she said "I don't know" again. Is this the level of competence in our medical facilities that we are supposed to be satisfied with? You are supposed to be a HOSPITAL !!!!
