Absolutely rude

On 01/05/2015, I went to Hellen Joseph after having been at Joburg Jan, to see if it was possible to get a 'check-up' as I have been getting bad headaches for some time. I didn't think much of it but my mother insisted I get it checked out because I have been getting really sick since the year started and we have a bad history of sinusitis in the family. So knowing I won't be able to take leave for the next month, I went to see if it was possible for an opinion at the hospital. The doctor, who had a red/ maroon colour attire on, white female with glasses on, was just rude about the situation. Instead of just telling me that there is nothing she can do on the day and that I should come back during the week, which she eventually did, she felt the need to belittle me in front of her colleagues reprimanding me for coming there on that day and asking me why I am only coming now if it started beginning of the year. Who runs to the hospital the first time experiencing a symptom? No matter who you are in the healthcare industry, I do not think belittling patients is the way to handle any situation! I was going to just brush it off, but her attitude was the worst I have experienced to date.
