Frustrated

I took my truck propshaft to them, immediately they offloaded it and was notified that they will check and call , an hour later I was called by Jan who gave me a price of R19350 with vat I specifically asked, while conversing I informed him I don't have that money now we agreed to 9k payment which I paid on the 25 October, after repairs I'll collect and fit , then bring my truck back to the workshop till I make full payment 1 November . Yesterday I received a new invoice with a different invoice number stating I need to pay R2900 for labour , today he called me I told him I refuse to pay labour as your/employee never lifted a finger I was informed it's company policy, I asked him how much do they charge he told me R725 per hour, my new invoice states 3 hour but the total amount is R2900 incorrect when I challenge him I was told he won't open for me tomorrow but on the website business hour they open , because Sunday 00:00 he will charge me R1500 for storage What can I do my peeps
