Helderberg Media Services failed to complete work

I wanted to make a signage for my store and I got a quote from MR. Ebrahim on 30th March, 2021 @ R 5780.

I paid him 70% deposit which is R 4046 on 23rd April so that he can start the job.

2 weeks after I phoned him to follow up the job, he picked up the call and said his machine was faulty so the job will be delayed.

in the following two months I phoned him now and then and he picked up the call and told me he was waiting for parts to repair his machine.

The last time I spoke to him was mid July and after that. Every time I call him his phone is just ringing. I tried different number and it's the same.

Now I know this man was lying. He told my money and did nothing.
