engine comes with half of the parts back

Ive sended my engine to them it's a golf 1800 8 v ive asked for reboring head toe skim etc some of the work I asked for is not done like I asked to remove wels plugs and put new ones but they didnt at the end I got my engine back but the bearings that ive supp**** didn't came with as well as my distrubutor shaft I expwct of them toe courier it to today still and theyve got excuses
