Poor customer service and quality from the shop. I bought a new Specialized Epic Pro 2019 in Sep 2020. The bike had brake issues from the start particularly a shudder on the front brakes. Took it in for repair 4 times and the shop never offered to come fetch it from my house (I live in Bellville). Recently changed the brake pads and found copper-slip residue on the pads. Front brake shudder is still there. It seems that if you buy Specialized from a shop there is not after sales service and you should be happy to own the make. The level of ignorance and entitlement is mind blowing.
