Poor service and disappointed

I bought a car with last year in July, a month after a car showed an engine check light, I reported the matter to them they said i must take the car to their mechanic. Mechanic said it has a problem with coil so he is waiting on it from the supplier. he gave me back the car without being fixed. I kept on calling them, they said I must bring the car and they said the problem was the plugs which they claimed it was fixed but the light was still there and funny sound. I went back to the dealer told them this car has not been fixed I guess their mechanic has no clue of what is wrong with the car, I noticed the person they using specializes in electricity not mechanics, they kept on saying they will get back to me and that was in September. In November I contacted the dealer again, I advised to take the car to someone else since their mechanic can't fix the problem and in December I need to go Eastern Cape and I can't drive the car with the engine light, the lady I always spoke to said it's fine I can just send her a quote. I took the car and I was told what was wrong with the car and got a quote, I forwarded it to the dealer. 2 days later there was no response, phoned them and the lady said the owner said he will get back to me. The car was fixed, they kept on making promises that they will make the payment, I ended up paying from my own pocket because I needed the car. if I call to speak to the owner which I believe is Anwaar they would always say he is not available. In December i think 2 days before Christmas, this lady I have been in contact with, Fazia, asked me if I have received any payment because the owner said he made the business, I told her that she must send a proof of payment because I have not received any money to my bank, since then she never came back to me, all she does now is avoiding my calls and messages. If I call her once she hears that it's me she will act like se can't hear me and the next thing phone goes off and never picks up my calls. I have been asking then to give me the owner's number, but they don't want to. I need them to pay me my money because I believe a second hand car it's guarantee ends after 6 months which was last month. I notified them with the problem after a month of sale transaction took place.
