A Descriminating Sister Who Specifically Injected Babies For Imunisation 29-07-2021

I would like to share my experience about this clinic. As a mother, I was shocked to see how the staff behave, the receptionist was very helpful. Very energetic and always running around trying to be available for people, show them where to go and he would also seat people accordingly , however it's a pity the nurses or so called "sisters" were the rotten apples. I took my child for his immunisation, it was packed. It's a gov clinic so I understand, what I don't agree with is the slow service, the excuse we got that "oh sorry I'm overworked, I'm really tired I can't continue please come back tomorrow" where as most moms were given this date to come through. If it was monitored how many people were booked for that date, I don't think she would have been overworked. There were four people in one room yet they were so slow, "miss I'm tired who only sat down and wrote down what she had to in the baby's card (mind you that's all she did), one lady who tested breastfeeding moms, one lady standing around chit chatting and supposedly sent to fetch medication when needed and this one lady that injected. Now this lady that did immunisation on the 29th July 2021, is who I had a problem with because of her remark, I don't know where she got the audacity to say some silly joke about my child after he had gotten his shot, and started screaming. Obviously he cried and she claimed to say 'ohh this one must look like his dad surely "a Thabo's baby" (descriminating in a jokable way, which wasn't funny for me). Now mind you my child was in pain, and she still has time to descriminate, judging from the face he pulled when crying (supposedly hinting an ugly face) . I left there with a smile on my face but her words kept playing back in my head continously. All I have to say to her is that, I am a mother with a heart, I won't say anything to hurt you back, because I am not you, I will not match your low level and come at you or children in any descriminating way, because I have a heart to feel and brain to think with , I will not be "a you" . I am a mother, it pains to hear such insensitive and unfiltered remarks. What I mean is maybe she shouldn't be working with children if she wants to be so judgemental about how and who a child looks like when pulling a face after being injected, and screaming in pain. I forgive her for the sake of my own peace, I wish I got her name though. I will make sure to get her name soon when I go there again. We had to sit and wait for miss "I'm tired" to decide to come back from her one hour lunch break, which she told us to work out on our own with the most unacceptable attitude when being asked what time she will return by a mother who was innocently trying to find out how long we'd wait since they didn't leave at precisely on the hour straight . We were told to wait at our own risk, so that must of been her way of telling us that we may or may not be attended to. I am thankful I still got assisted, however I just wanted to put it out there that this specific woman who injected your child specifically the one who injected, make sure your child is pretty enough for her not say any rude remarks. Again I forgive her for my own peace. I think she wears glasses, she's short, medium sized in shape, slightly bigger than the others, very sweet looking honestly, I'd go there a number of times and never had issues with her, but until she opened her mouth. God bless you darling, I hope you recover from whatever you're going through, since you pick on infants, clearly you have insurities of your own but it's ok. #BullyingMustStop.
