Shocking quality / standards (Mama's Pies)

My wife bought Mama's Pies Peppersteak 14/02/2020 at around 15:00 at Checker Olympus Village in Pretoria East. Last night when we opened the box to make dinner we found just three pies in the box instead of 4 as stipulated on the box. You pay top price for these pies and then you received this shocking quality management. It is disgusting to think that this is what their standards have come to! I didn't want to add my complaint on HelloPeter, but due to security blocks they have on their mails I could not send a mail to *** or *** - this really absolutely disgusting service and standards they offer! My question to Heinz is how do they plan on rectifying this standard or do they just not care at all as long as they get their money.
