Plastic string found in Today's cheese puffs

Upon opening a new pack of Today's Cheese Puffs, I was shocked to find a long piece of hard plastic thread running straight through a cheese puff. I had called Heinz customer care to report this. They informed me that I should keep a the sample as they will fetch it within the week. A month and a half later I have not heard or seen them, it seems they don't really care about this situation. High disappointed in this as I was a supported of their products.
