No correspondence as stated

When I spoke to the Heinz consultant regarding my complaint, about the damaged Chicken and mushroom Mama's pies, I was told I will receive written correspondence in the mail in 7 working days. 2 weeks later and I still haven't received anything. These people have wasted my time and money. Will never purchase a Heinz product again!
