Mama's pies. Second time was better.

Hi this is about mama's pies, well I haven't bought your pies in some while as lost time I bought some I was very disappointed, the filling was really not good and the meat was like rubber, well today I decided to give them another try and I have to say I was impressed, the filling was good and the meat actually tasted like meat, the only negative for me was the pepper steak flavour really is just like a prime steak there was almost no pepper flavour, I actually opened the top and put pepper in mixed it and closed it back up before eating them.... After i did that they were really good, so maybe you could consider adding more pepper to your recipe?
