Mama's Pies with no filling just pastry!

I love mama's pies and by them on a regular basis, however over a week ago i had a terrible experience, i bought a box of 6 roasted chicken pies at pick n pay, put a few in the over for me and my family, ready to dine i took a big bite at mine and found ABSOLUTELY NOTHING inside it was just pastry, i took photo's wrapped the pic in cling wrap, emailed heinz foods as their customer care info was on the box, after three days i had no reply no feedback i called in, the customer care said there's a delay on the emails and they'll get back to me, its two weeks already and nothing! this in unacceptable i didn't pay to have empty pies and i refuse to be ignored because i'm a paying customer!<br> <br> how is it that the package wasn't weighed? surely there's specifications and there's something odd when the package is lighter than the specified mass! Pathetic and unacceptable!
