Hard plastic found in pies
On 1 June 2015 I emailed through the following complaint with photographs attached, i have still not received a reply. Do you not worry or care about your customers? I am utterly disgusted!!!<br> <br> Dear Heinz Foods,<br> <br> Attached hereto please find photographs of a piece of hard plastic which got stuck in my throat which was found in one of your products: \Mamas Chicken & Mushroom Pies".<br> <br> I have attached for your convenience a photograph of the barcode on the box as well. I was forced to discard all your pies which I purchased due to my concern of what I found and as a working parent needing a \""quick meal\"" for the kids I am now extremely concerned.<br> <br> I hope to hear from you soon regarding this unsatisfactory issue.<br> """

The matter will be escalated to the relevant department and Head Office for further investigation and for the corrective steps to be implemented to prevent a re-occurrence of this incident as discussed with our consultant on Ref: 15-07-15
