Bad product and service from Heinz Foods SA.

A month ago I bought 800g Today 40 Mini Cheese Rolls from one of the retailers in Baywest Shopping Mall. I cannot remeber if it was Pick 'n Pay or Checkers Hyper. The cheese rolls were stored in my chest freezer at home. Last week when my wife wanted to prepare the cheese rolls, we found that there was no cheese in half of the rolls and the other half was smashed into one big ball with all the cheese at the bottom of the package. I tried contacting Heinz Foods via telephone and email(supp**** on package), but all the telephone numbers are not in service and the emails are not delivered.
