Used to convince others yet kept in same state!

The company used my real names, surname, picture for their grade 7 textbook. Other pictures of white people, faces are blocked but mine was never blocked. Consent prior publication never sought from me. I was never officially notified of this book till a friend spotted me whilst helping a child with homework. After making contact with them I was told that cold hard cash was paid to Mail & Guardian for both picture and story. Been moved from one individual to another with no response regarding royalties.
