WINDHOEK DRAUGHT CANS

So I had a six pack WINDHOEK DRAUGHT in my fridge. One of the unopened cans was empty There was gumph on the shrink wrap and beer tray Thought I would log a complaint Searched internet and completed on line forms WINDHOEK, NAMBIA BREWERIES etc After about a week Heineken Beverages VOC Consultant contacted me, requested more info and very speedily sent a courier to collect the can and packaging Couple of days later a courier delivered a tray (24 x 440ml) Windhoek cans I was over the moon Having beers in my fridge I only opened the packaging just over a week later The beers had a expiry date of following month (OLD STOCK) I am 80 years old and don't drink that much beer I notified the consultant and explained Offered for their courier to collect the beers which they could consume at some office function Then my internet was down for a week. When internet restored I resent my email as no reply had been sent, received a 'read' notification and nothing further I am in two minds Should I be gratefull receiving 24 cans to replace one or Should the organisation at least have delivered a current dated product
